This year, The Mountain Laurel Quilt Guild hosted a Mystery Quilt Challenge. We each started with only a list of fabric required, (based on value - light/medium/dark) not knowing what the quilt looked like. Each month, we were given instructions for another step in the process and the "mystery" slowly revealed itself.
It is so interesting to see the variation in quilts now that they are all finished.
We hung the quilts yesterday so they are now on display at the Deane Center in Wellsboro until Sept. 21st.
If you are in the area this month, please stop and see our quilts. The Deane Center is a great backdrop and the show looks wonderful!
